100% Maori owned ...

The Bay of Plenty turned on yet another 'glorious' day of comfortable weather for our day excursion of Tauranga and Rotorua. Cruise ship passengers that joined our tour started their day enjoying the benefits of 'Retail Therapy' and the 'Vibrant' Cafe life in Tauranga city aboard the 'FREE SHOPPING SHUTTLE' - prov...ided by 'FANCY THAT' & 'INDIGENOUS TRAILS' - before embarking on a fabulous excursion of Rotorua. This '6 - hour day excursion' has proven to be extremely popular amongst cruise passengers visiting Tauranga this year. Not only do they contribute to the local economy in Tauranga, many are happy and satisfied that they get to spend the whole day with Maori - the Indigenous people of New Zealand. Furthermore, they are advised that their contribution in terms of their tour helps to sustain and promote Maori small businesses. From the tour guides, coach providers, tour operator, tour activities, lunch provider & restaurant, Indigenous Trails is humbled in being able to offer such FIT (Free Independent Travellers) excursions for cruise ship passengers that support so many Maori owned or operated business on each cruise ship day arrival.
